I believe growth and healing happens in safe, connected relationships. Over the years, I have seen just how powerful it tis when children feel understood, families feel supported and therapists feel guided rather than alone. I do this work because I care deeply about helping people build resilience- not just to cope, but to thrive with confidence, independence and success in a world that is not always forgiving, understanding nor accepting.

Working with me is collaborative, steady and grounded, regardless of the role I play in your life; whether it be a therapist,  coach, or parenting guide...I balance warmth with structure- offering both emotional safety and practical tools. I ask thoughtful questions, challenge you to grow and see different perspectives and viewpoints as well as guide when needed. I create a space where honesty feels comfortable. We will learn together.   

I work with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating the many struggles we encounter in life. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care across developmental stages. 

I provide practicum hours and supervision for graduate level students in Colorado and consultation for newly licensed or seasoned therapists seeking to strengthen their clinical confidence and get started or learn new approaches. I have experience with foster care and adoption issues and I am a court appointed Child and Family Investigator (CFI) across multiple Colorado judicial districts to help with custody related matters.
